Here is the whole deal. Then the form.
Most recruiting pages tell you what you could earn and leave out the rest. This one covers what we do, how you get paid, where the leads come from, how training works and what the big number actually takes. If it still sounds right at the bottom, the application takes three minutes.
01 · What we do
A fully virtual agency. Nobody knocks on doors.
Fastlane Financial is a fully virtual life insurance agency partnered with Family First Life. Our agents sell mortgage protection, final expense and IUL policies over the phone and by video to people who have already requested coverage. No cold calling, no door knocking.
Carriers we place business with
- Mutual of Omaha
- Transamerica
- Americo
- American Amicable
- Occidental
- Ethos
02 · How you get paid
1099, commission-only, uncapped.
That is the whole point of this business. New agents start at 85% of the annual premium on every policy they write. A single average policy pays roughly $600–$900 to you, and full-time agents who follow the system are writing several of those a week.
The comp grid promotes you as your monthly production grows, and there is a builder track if you ever want to bring on agents under you and earn overrides on their business.
85%90%100%110%+Contract level as production grows03 · Leads
Free for your first 60 days.
Leads are free for your first 60 days, and we cover a batch of premium leads your first week after training so you are talking to real prospects immediately. After that, agents fund their own leads, which is standard in this business and pays for itself quickly once you are closing.
04 · Training
Ten days virtual, then live calls with a producer.
There is a 10-day unpaid virtual training to get you fluent on the products, the sales process and the carriers. You will be paired with a producing agent to shadow live calls, and our upline runs ongoing trainings every week.
A retail, service or sales background is a real asset here. You already know how to talk to people. The rest is a script and a system we will teach you.
05 · The $250K goal
That number is real. It is not a first-month number.
I want to be upfront: $250K is real for agents who put in 60 to 70 hours, run the leads and stay coachable. Your first 90 days are about getting policies issued and building consistency.
If you hit $15K a month in issued premium by month three, you are on track, and everything past that compounds.

Agents are independent contractors paid on commission. Income figures are examples of what agents in our organization have achieved, not a guarantee, promise or projection of what you will earn. Results depend entirely on individual effort and ability.
The application
Apply in three minutes.
Eight quick questions. After each one, Joseph tells you straight what your answer means here — the license, the training, the pay, the hours. No surprises on the call.
Licensing
Do you currently hold a life insurance license?
You need a state life insurance license to sell. Don't have one? It's a 1–2 week process and we walk you through every step.
